frozen foods

I often order frozen foods (and pantry items, as well) online. I would love to go in with a few people so that we can save on shipping. Let me know with an email if you're interested in that! em

Hi Greenville. I'm hoping we can all create a resource for those of us living gluten free here in Pirate Town. My son is quite intolerant, as am I, but neither of us are Celiac. I say this to tell you that I cannot vouch for cross-contamination at restaurants, as we are not so sensitive that we would be able to tell. Please feel free to email me comments, suggestions, and tips that you know of for staying gluten free here in Greenville!

Greenville is getting de-glutened slowly but surely. I want to start out with a list of a few restaurants that I know of that are serving gluten free items:

-Michaelangelo's Pizza, both locations (Firetower and Evans), has gluten free pizza! I didn't see it on the menu but if you request it, it's there.

-O'Charley's will give you, by request, a print out of all of their menu items, complete with possible allergy items (eggs, soy, gluten, dairy, etc.). I was so excited to uncover that cheat sheet!!

-LoYo Local Yogurt has gluten free frozen yogurt. Toppings, on the other hand, you will have to use your good judgement for.

I am looking forward to adding to the list as I find more restaurants. Feel free to email me your suggestions!
